While you may be tempted to go crazy, once a week exfoliation with a high-quality product should do just fine.
Hydrate your skin from the inside out.
Beyond drinking water, every skincare routine requires moisturizer for optimal balance. However, what you use in the winter is probably way too heavy for the summer weather. When selecting a summer moisturizer, look for a lightweight formula that contains SPF. Chances are, the SPF will not be enough to hold you through a beach day, but it’s a good start!
